Anti-endometrial antibodies.

Patient's question:

I have been married for over a year without pregnancy and have never been pregnant before, which falls under primary infertility. Upon examination, it was found that both fallopian tubes are unobstructed, sex hormones are normal, and eggs are normally released. After my husband manually produced sperm, tests for sperm routine and morphology were also completely normal. Most tests have been completed. However, today during the final check, which is the infertility five-item test, it was discovered:
My purpose was to test: infertility five-item test sample: blood results as follows:
Test item name Result Anti-sperm antibody (IIF method) (AS-IgAGM) Negative Anti-endometrial antibody (EMAb-IgG) Negative Anti-endometrial antibody (EMAb-IgM) Positive Anti-ovarian antibody

Doctor's answer:

When the endometrium of a woman is inflamed, it may transform into an antigen or a semi-antigen, stimulating the body to produce corresponding antibodies. This has nothing to do with pregnancy; it is primarily related to endometrial inflammation.
Advice: A positive endometrial antibody test indicates an issue with the endometrium.
Factors or causes leading to a positive endometrial antibody test:
1. Endometriosis.
2. Inflammation, such as endometritis.
You also have menstrual bleeding during ovulation. If the bleeding is light, you can still have intercourse. However, if the bleeding is heavy, it is recommended to seek treatment first and refrain from intercourse until the bleeding stops.
