Do not tempt me, oh, do not call me to leap into the ocean of battle. Let me stay here far from the bustling stage of life. I have already turned my back, plugged my ears, and hidden in the forest. In the distance, the boundless sea of humanity roars, raising waves of wailing. Here, I silently pursue my secret work. From amidst the noisy crowd, the soul of humanity seems to call to me. In the quiet night, I am startled from my dreams, shouting loudly, "I am here, I am coming!" I long to immerse myself—body, mind, and soul—into that great tide. Seeing you, my soul trembles, my heart wildly vibrates. My blood burns, like a thousand fire serpents dancing, as if mocking me. My sword also rumbles in its sheath, eager to emerge. How joyful it would be—leaving this forest, holding the horn of victory, to plunge into the tide of humanity, to overthrow the tyrant, to restore the land, to pierce the chest of the invader with a sharp sword.
