Features: Public Administration is a newly emerging first-level discipline under the category of management studies. It is also a discipline with strong practicality. For this reason, the National Public Administration Master's (MPA) Teaching Guidance Committee has adopted the use of case teaching as an important criterion for measuring the teaching level of this discipline. However, from the current situation, case textbooks on public administration (MPA) in foreign countries are somewhat disconnected from the teaching needs of Chinese public administration. Meanwhile, domestic relevant textbooks are relatively scattered and mostly still in the exploratory stage. Therefore, compiling and publishing a set of case textbooks that are both systematic and aligned with the real-world conditions of Chinese public administration, as well as suitable for public administration-related disciplines and MPA teaching needs, undoubtedly holds the significance of filling the gaps in teaching and the market. This book selects dozens of real leadership cases, primarily focusing on leadership cases in China's public affairs, supplemented by a small number of leadership cases from abroad and cases of corporate leaders.
