Does infertility have anything to do with age?

Patient's question:

I have had three children in a year and a half, one of whom is already 77 days old. Will you tell me if I won't be able to get pregnant anymore?

Doctor's answer:

Medical Analysis: Based on your description, it is recommended that the female undergo testing to determine if her follicles can mature, have a hysterosalpingogram to check if the fallopian tubes are unobstructed, and the male have a routine semen analysis to assess if the sperm is normal. These tests are the most basic ones. If these tests are normal, it is suggested to conduct further tests such as antibody or blood type checks. It is better to have these examinations in a formal specialized hospital.
