It also had a well-organized leadership body, as well as a news, literature, and art team comprising two newspapers (《People's Navy》, 《People's Navy》), one magazine (《People's Navy》), and one cultural and performing arts troupe, along with multiple naval regulations and codes. How much heart, sweat, and effort must have been poured into this! How much loyalty, courage, and wisdom must have been embodied! How many moving stories must have been contained within it!
