Patient's question:
My ovarian cyst is 4742mm in diameter, with an internal thickness of 14mm, and I have not given birth yet.Doctor's answer:
Directly observe the overall condition of the mass, and examine the entire pelvic and abdominal cavity. Multiple biopsies can be performed at suspicious sites, and abdominal fluid can be aspirated for cytological examination to confirm the diagnosis and postoperative monitoring. However, this is contraindicated in patients with large or adhesive masses, and the retroperitoneal lymph nodes cannot be observed. Further imaging studies, such as CT scans, are then required.
