Early symptoms and manifestations of pelvic cancer

Patient's question:

A friend of mine was recently diagnosed with pelvic cancer, and it's in the early stages. I'm very scared. Could you please tell me what the early symptoms and manifestations of pelvic cancer are?

Doctor's answer:

1. Vaginal bleeding: Irregular vaginal bleeding, especially contact bleeding
2. Increased vaginal discharge: White, thin, watery, rice-water-like, or bloody, with a foul odor
3. Advanced manifestations: Due to the infiltration and metastasis of the tumor, symptoms may appear in the affected area or even throughout the body. Examples include frequent urination, urinary urgency, rectal fullness, constipation, leg swelling and pain, sciatica, hydronephrosis, kidney failure, uremia, and ultimately systemic failure.
