Features: This book is the twelfth volume of "Judicial Countermeasures for Difficult Civil Disputes." In this volume, I have selected the following content: In the section "Research on Personality Rights Protection," I focused on two issues: one is the protection of general personality rights. Using a case analysis titled "Dogs Eating with Humans," I systematically proposed the necessity and urgency of protecting general personality rights. In the article "Privacy Rights: An Inviolable Right," I particularly emphasized the harm caused by misguided legislative perceptions of privacy rights, highlighting the importance of privacy rights protection and hoping to raise awareness among all sectors of society to safeguard citizens' privacy rights. Articles on the content and specific protection methods of the right to education, data privacy rights, and spousal rights have also been selected for discussion here. I would like to particularly recommend the article "The Formal Rationality of the Civil Code" by Guan Tao, an associate professor at the Law School of Yantai University. Guan Tao is a highly accomplished young legal scholar with unique insights in the study of civil law, especially in the field of property law. Finally, I would like to introduce the graduation thesis of Tu Xianqun, a law graduate student from Renmin University of China, titled "The Foreseeability Rule in Contractual Damages." This article systematically explains the basic content of the foreseeability principle in contractual damages and the precautions to be noted in its practical application, possessing a certain theoretical depth and practical reference value.
