Infertility without ovulation

Patient's question:

Hello:
I am 27 and want to get pregnant.
My menstrual cycle has always been irregular, with a duration of 7 days and a period of 30–50 days.
I tried to conceive in June, but an ultrasound in August showed no ovulation. In October and November, I took Clomiphene, but it didn’t work.
Please advise the experts. Thank you!

Doctor's answer:

Infertility without ovulation is a simple matter. It is recommended that you visit a gynecologist for a check-up and treatment for the lack of ovulation. Once this issue is resolved, you will be able to conceive.
