Fallopian tube

Patient's question:

After each sexual intercourse, semen flows out, and I always suspect I'm sick, wondering if it could be fallopian tube obstruction. What are the symptoms of fallopian tube obstruction? If the semen flows out too much, can I still get pregnant? Is it possible to prevent the semen from flowing out?
First follow-up question: My menstrual period is very light, only two days each time, and it always comes a day early every month. Is there anything wrong? If I want to get pregnant, what should I do?

Doctor's answer:

Hello, it is normal to have semen leakage after cohabitation and it does not affect pregnancy. It also has nothing to do with the fallopian tubes.
