Is this menstrual irregularity?

Patient's question:

Hello experts!
I am a 22-year-old unmarried female without a boyfriend, and I have never engaged in any such behavior. Due to my heavy menstrual flow and occasional lower back pain, I had an ultrasound examination. To my surprise, the results showed pelvic effusion and some characters (CV++, TV-, PH 5.0 3.8-4.4, WBC+++, RBC-, NG-, IV, G+ cocci, G- du, HD-). I don’t really understand these terms. I am very worried because, after all, I am a girl—how could I possibly have such a disease? I am currently feeling very anxious and distressed. I am truly scared.

Doctor's answer:

Hello: This is just a common bacterial vaginosis. Active treatment is sufficient. What you need to pay attention to is:
1. Pay attention to doing a good job of disinfection, keep the external genitalia clean and dry.
2. Wear loose and breathable underwear to avoid stimulating the skin of the external genitalia and worsening the symptoms. Change your underwear frequently.
