How can medicine be like this?

Patient's question:

1. Two months of amenorrhea.
2. A month ago, I used a David pregnancy test kit myself, and the result was---positive.
3. Another month passed, and I noticed some nausea, a slight increase in weight around my abdomen and waist, and a loss of appetite (no other discomfort). I went to the hospital for a check-up. First, an ultrasound showed no gestational sac (it’s recommended to drink more water before the test)! Then, the doctor asked me to take a urine test, but the result was-----negative!
What could be the reason? I’m almost dizzy, please help me!!!
First follow-up question: Thank you both for your answers, but I---

Doctor's answer:

Hello, there are many reasons that can cause amenorrhea clinically. It is very necessary for you to go to the gynecology department for examination to identify the cause and actively treat it.
