Issues with emergency contraception pills

Patient's question:

I took a post-coital pill last month, and then took another pill three or four days later. As a result, my period came three days earlier than usual, which used to be delayed. About a week after my period ended, I had another period, and it lasted longer than usual. Is this normal? Are there any methods to regulate it?

Doctor's answer:

Hello: If the menstrual disorder is caused by emergency contraception, temporarily, do not take medication, wait and see what happens next month.
