Patient's question:
Why does my milk leak out on its own?Doctor's answer:
I have had a cesarean section for over fifty days now. My milk production throughout the day is not enough for my daughter to have one meal (I have used a breast pump, but only get about 60 milliliters a day). However, when my breasts are slightly full, milk will leak on its own. For example, when I sleep, milk leaks onto my clothes, and the milk squeezed out is quite clear, like water, unlike others which is much thicker.I asked the doctor, is there any way to prevent milk from leaking and to increase milk supply? (I have eaten a lot of pig trotters and daylilies, but they haven’t been very effective.)
