Features: Due to economic development and limitations in the objective environment, China's financial management is still not advanced in terms of ideology and methods. The traditional financial perspective still dominates most enterprises in China. How to further enhance the level of financial practitioners and theorists in China has become an urgent task. Finance is the lifeblood of a business, and thus also one of the key factors determining whether China can become a giant in the new century. This work merely attempts to reflect certain ideas, methods, and theoretical concepts of finance in the form of specialized topics. Of course, financial knowledge and concepts are like the vast ocean, boundless and endless, and we have only discussed a small part of it. The addition of the word "Advanced" also makes the author feel humbled. Since the content of this work differs from the daily financial accounting and management activities of enterprises, the word "Advanced" is merely a distinction and does not imply a hierarchy. Moreover, effective management does not have high or low levels—when it comes to management activities, "suitability equals effectiveness." From a certain perspective, no one truly knows what "advanced finance" is.
This work has three main characteristics: divergent thinking, innovative concepts, and practical relevance, as well as diverse research methods. In this book, the author's ideas are not constrained by traditional financial perspectives. Based on a thorough understanding of China's objective economic environment, while widely drawing on advanced financial ideas and concepts from the West, the work comprehensively studies topics such as the fundamental theories of modern finance, the reengineering of corporate financial functions, financial capital management, financial performance and risk control, as well as China's current financial theories and practices. This work, while adhering to the principle of linking theory with practice, introduces many new financial concepts, combines the functions of corporate finance with the research findings of economics and management, and employs diversified research methods to attempt to explain and analyze relevant issues in China's current financial practices.
As a textbook, this work is primarily intended for professional teaching in financial and economic departments of junior colleges, comprehensive universities, and business schools. It can also be used as a learning and reference material for teachers and students in finance and management, as well as for economic and administrative personnel.
