Can a woman with low-lying placenta still have a vaginal delivery?

Patient's question:

I went for a prenatal check-up when I was 22 weeks pregnant and everything was fine. However, when I went back for a check-up at 30 weeks, it was discovered that I had low-lying placenta. After that, I had to stay in bed and rest. My family was very worried. Every day, besides eating and going to the bathroom, I mostly stayed in bed and didn't move around freely for fear of an accident. I originally wanted to have a normal delivery.
I would like to know: Can I still have a normal delivery with low-lying placenta?
