First time no blood

Patient's question:

Age
Hello, I am currently working. When I was in my second year of high school, I had my first sexual relationship. That time, I didn't bleed, so it ended with my boyfriend's distrust. Thinking back, I don't seem to have experienced any severe physical collisions that could have caused an injury, so how could this happen to me? To my surprise after the first time, without any contraception, I didn't get pregnant. In the following two years, I had relationships with several people without contraception, but nothing happened. I started wondering if I might have congenital infertility. So, every time I have sex, I don't worry about getting pregnant.
But this year

Doctor's answer:

First-time sexual intercourse does not necessarily involve bleeding. It can range from a few milliliters or drops to heavy bleeding. It is even possible for the hymen to break without bleeding. It is not rare for a virgin to experience no bleeding during their first sexual intercourse, and there are several reasons for this, such as a thick and tough hymen, a large hymen opening with fewer blood vessels, congenital absence, or tearing during vigorous activity or the use of tampons—perhaps it had already broken before you had sexual intercourse. Some hymens may even break without bleeding. Moreover, the hymen does not always break during the first sexual intercourse. Some may bleed the first time they break, and they may still bleed during subsequent sexual activity. Therefore, this is not a standard for determining virginity.
