Hello: Your condition still falls under bacterial vaginosis. Treatment for bacterial vaginosis:1. Metronidazole (Flagyl)
Usage: Take 0.2-0.4g orally each time, 2-3 times a day, for 7 consecutive days. It can also be administered via intravenous drip.
2. Amoxicillin
Usage: Take 0.5g orally each time, 3 times a day. It can also be diluted and administered via intravenous drip in two divided doses of 6g per day.
Local treatment
1. Wash frequently to maintain cleanliness in the area.
2. You can regularly rinse the vagina with 3% boric acid or dilute acetic acid, followed by rinsing with clean water to alleviate symptoms.
