Features: From the moment of birth, a person begins to interact, and this is essential. Throughout one's life, one cannot avoid interacting with others. China has always emphasized the importance of interaction. The saying "When a friend comes from afar, is it not a joy?" reveals the pleasure of interaction. "When making friends, one must surpass oneself; if they are like me, it is better not to," reveals the purpose of interaction. "The friendship of a noble person is as pure as water," and "meet with sincerity," reveal the principles of interaction. In modern society, with such fierce competition, interaction is particularly important. Proper interaction leads to success in career and good health, while poor interaction results in twice the effort with half the reward, leaving one dejected. The British philosopher Bacon said, "If you share your joy with a friend, you double your joy; if you pour out your sorrow to two friends, you halve your sorrow." Good interaction and interpersonal relationships are often the source of happiness and beneficial to physical and mental health. As Bacon also said, "When faced with frustration and depression, confiding in a trusted friend can provide relief. Otherwise, this oppressive mood can make one ill." This is what this book aims to discuss: interaction and health. Interaction is a need in life, a channel for emotional expression, a catalyst for the growth of adolescents, a lubricant for the minds of the elderly, a way to eliminate loneliness and gain security, and a means to develop a person's character. To this day, many people still view health as merely the absence of illness, neglecting or being unaware that psychological damage is also a form of illness, and one that is often more severe than physical illness. If the body is disabled, as long as the mind is healthy, one can still live a joyful life and contribute to society. Conversely, a person with limbs but a disabled mind will not only fail to achieve anything for themselves but also harm society. For example, someone with autism may struggle with interaction, experiencing psychological barriers such as low self-esteem, weakness, jealousy, indifference, or even provoking conflicts, leading to incidents like suicide, homicide, or harm, which is detrimental to oneself, others, and society. Taking suicide as an example, it is the leading cause of death among people aged 15-34, accounting for 3.6% of all deaths in China. Many suicide victims long for interaction, understanding, communication, and psychological support. Interaction is a simple form of psychological assistance. Learning healthy interaction can help you overcome psychological barriers, establish new concepts of interaction—this is the purpose of writing this book. Please read this book! Life requires interaction. Noble interaction is a cup of fine wine, a bouquet of flowers, and a bowl of soul-nourishing soup. I believe you will enjoy this book.
