Assessment (Chapters 8 to 13) discusses the concepts and research trends in various areas, including intelligence, academic achievement, speech and language disorders, perception, motor skills, perceptual-motor skills, adaptive behavior, and emotional-behavioral problems, while also introducing the currently most widely used assessment tools and methods in each field.
Application (Chapters 14 to 16) provides examples to illustrate how various assessment tools and methods can be comprehensively applied in special education.
This book can serve as a textbook for undergraduate students of special education in normal universities and colleges, as well as a reference for undergraduate and graduate students in psychology, education, sociology, and rehabilitation medicine.
