I see some things around my vagina that look like growths.

Patient's question:

I have a very frequent sexual relationship with my husband. Recently, I went to the hospital for a check-up and was told I had a urinary tract infection. After taking medication, I feel much better. However, I noticed some growths that look like warts around my vagina. Please help me understand what they are. I am very anxious!
Follow-up question:
Detailed medical history and purpose of consultation: Recently, while taking a bath, I noticed some small granulations around the urethral opening and above the vaginal opening. They don’t cause any pain or itching! I’m not sure how long they’ve been there (I never noticed them before). Is this normal? If not, what condition could it be, and how should it be treated? Thank you.

Doctor's answer:

It is recommended that the patient go to the hospital for a detailed examination and receive treatment based on the examination results.
