Mild cervical erosion?

Patient's question:

Female.
20 years old.
I went to the hospital for a check-up and was diagnosed with mild cervical erosion. The doctor performed microwave treatment on me for 2 days, and then applied purple medication. The doctor instructed me to take 2 anti-inflammatory pills (provided by the doctor) every other day for a week at home. However, I only took it once, and my lower back became extremely sore. Additionally, I have some light yellow discharge from my vagina. Did I not get better, or did it get worse?
Moreover, I was tested positive for mycoplasma infection. Should I treat it as soon as possible?
I saw online that mild cervical erosion doesn't require treatment—is that true?

Doctor's answer:

Few cases of cervical erosion present with pain symptoms. When the pathogens affect a deeper range, it can lead to chronic parametritis, causing lower back pain, pelvic dragging pain, and dysmenorrhea. If the inflammation spreads to the main ligaments, sexual intercourse pain may occur, affecting sexual life.
