What medications are used to treat mold?

Patient's question:

For over ten days in the palace, I had stomach pain and bloating a few days ago, and now there's still some bleeding. Today, I went to the hospital for an ultrasound, which said there were no problems. I also developed a fungal infection and have been taking medication for it. I want to ask if there's a connection between the medication used to treat the fungus and the bleeding I'm still experiencing. Could it cause infertility?
Does Fuhukang Chongji have any side effects on the fungus? Also, could you please tell me which medications for fungal infections would be suitable for someone in my situation?

Doctor's answer:

Hello: There is a certain relationship with candidal vulvovaginitis. If diagnosed with candidal vulvovaginitis, a 2%--4% soda solution can be used for daily rinsing of the external genitalia and vagina or for sitz baths. A 10-day course is recommended to alter the pH and create conditions unfavorable for the survival of Candida. Then, nystatin can be used, such as powder, tablets, suppositories, or ointments, which are inserted into the vagina or applied locally. The dosage is 10--20 million units per time, once nightly, with a 10--14-day course. The external genitalia can be treated with 3% miconazole ointment for better results. Since this condition is stubborn and prone to recurrence, local treatment is generally preferred. Oral nystatin tablets can also be taken, with a dosage of 50--100 million units, three times daily, for a 7--10-day course. Follow-up is necessary, and the condition is considered cured only after three consecutive negative results.
