Can you get pregnant if an egg is broken?

Patient's question:

Detailed medical condition and consultation purpose: I got married in May this year, but did not conceive until August or September. I went to the hospital for a check-up and was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome. The doctor prescribed me a medication called "Diane," which I started taking on the fifth day of my period. I have been taking it since October and have already finished two boxes. After taking the medication, my periods became regular. This month, my period started on December 19th, and the doctor instructed me to start taking a medication called "Clomiphene Citrate Capsules" on the fifth day (i.e., December 23rd). On the 28th, I had a vaginal ultrasound at the hospital, which revealed the presence of follicles, but they were still small. The doctor then prescribed me injections and a medication called "Leboc" produced by Liuzhu Company.

Doctor's answer:

When the follicle matures, it will rupture, and after the rupture, ovulation will begin. After ovulation, if you have intercourse, it will be easier to get pregnant.
