The public fiscal policy studied in this book has the largest characteristic of integrating Chinese and Western fiscal policy theories with the practice of China during the transition period, with a focus on researching China's public fiscal policy issues. The content of this book is divided into two parts: public fiscal policy theory and public policy practice, consisting of 2 parts and 12 chapters. The public fiscal policy theory part first introduces the different viewpoints and ideas proposed by various economic schools since the birth of public fiscal policy theory until today, as well as some new changes in contemporary public fiscal policy theory; then analyzes the reasons why government public fiscal policy intervention is needed for resource allocation; and finally introduces the public fiscal policy and various elements from a knowledge level, with a focus on analyzing the two basic tools of public fiscal policy: taxation and public expenditure. The content of the public fiscal policy theory part is detailedly discussed in Chapters 1-4 of this book.
