This tray is not suitable for high-temperature sterilization, as high temperatures can cause the plastic tray to deform. Before each use, clean the tray first, then soak it in a 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution for 15 minutes, and finally rinse it thoroughly with warm water before use. It is recommended to wear the tray upon waking each day and remove it before going to bed at night (in winter, it can be removed every other day for cleaning and worn again the next morning).
