I. Related Knowledge Points: A mask is an item worn on the face to conceal and protect. In ancient times, laborers often used various objects to decorate their faces during dances, dressing themselves up as gods, ghosts, monsters, or strange birds and animals to express their reverence or demonstrate their ability to conquer nature. Over time, these decorative items gradually evolved into the masks used in modern opera, films, and other activities.
II. Benefits of Making Masks: The level of brain activity in children aged 3-7 is almost twice that of adults, making it the optimal period for intellectual development. Through making and using various types of masks, children can improve their hand-eye coordination, graphic recognition, thinking transformation, and combination skills, thereby achieving full brain development. Additionally, through hands-on crafts and games, children can also be well-supported in cultivating their concepts of right and wrong, beauty and ugliness, stimulating imagination, boosting confidence, and gaining a sense of achievement.
III. Gentle Reminders: Due to the use of die-cutting technology, no scissors or other potentially dangerous tools are needed during the mask-making process. Also, avoid using adhesives with irritating odors, toxic volatile substances, or corrosive properties.
IV. Assembly Instructions: 1. Carefully tear the mask along the black lines (the die-cut lines) and ensure all die-cut areas are separated. 2. Stick the white part next to the dashed line to the back of the torn areas to give the mask a 3D shape. 3. Thread the elastic cord through the holes on both sides of the mask, tie a knot, and you're ready to wear it!
