What should I do if my heart beats very fast every time I have sex?

Patient's question:

Detailed medical condition and consultation purpose: Heart beats very fast during each sexual act, and the "time" is very short.
Duration and persistence of the current illness: Always the same every time.
Current general condition: Always the same every time.
Medical history: Since the first "intimate contact" in 2000.
Auxiliary tests: Never undergone any tests.
Other: None.

Doctor's answer:

Hello: Your heart rate is not a problem! However, rapid ejaculation may be a sign of premature ejaculation!
A. Oral medication: To reduce excitement, small doses of anti-anxiety or sedative drugs can be given. You can choose one of the following:
Trimethobenzamide 0.1–0.3 grams, three times daily.
Phenobarbital 0.03 grams, three times daily.
Oryzanol 10 milligrams, three times daily.
Probenecid 30 milligrams + Chloral Hydrate 20 milligrams, once nightly.
Take 25 milligrams of thioridazine one hour before intercourse to inhibit ejaculation.
B. Topical medication: 30 minutes to 1 hour before intercourse, wash the glans penis and apply a small amount of anesthetic ointment, such as 1% diclofenac ointment, or 1% procaine or 2% cocaine. Note that only a small amount should be applied to the tip of the glans—do not overapply, as this may reduce the ejaculation response, even leading to anejaculation, and may also affect erectile function, causing weak erections.
