2006 - Criminal Procedure Law - A Complete Companion Book for the National Judicial Examination Textbook (Legal Edition)

Author: Li Shichun
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2006-05-01
Features: This series of books is meticulously designed as a companion to the "National Judicial Examination Guidance Book (Revised Edition 2006)," with its chapters and content closely following the main book. As a tailored supplement, it integrates exam analysis, legal provisions, key points, past exam questions, and practice exercises in a well-structured manner, truly achieving the goal of "one complete book." The specific content is divided into the following sections:
[Exam Analysis] In this section, statistics are provided on the key points and scoring distribution of the chapter (section) involved in the exams from 1999 to 2005. A concise analysis of the patterns and trends is conducted, aiming to guide candidates to focus their efforts on key areas after comprehensive review.
[Legal Provisions Linkage] As the name suggests, this section organizes the legal provisions related to the chapter (section) in the order of content, with the main provisions as the backbone, interweaving all relevant provisions and judicial interpretations required by the syllabus. This creates a coherent knowledge chain from the legal provisions themselves.
[Key Point Explanation] This is the core part of the series. Key points are categorized into two types:
1. Key points that have already been tested. The compilers have classified and integrated all questions from 1996 to 2005, extracting and summarizing these key points. Detailed explanations are provided in combination with the questions from the past decade.
2. Key points that have not been tested yet but are considered important. Of course, the key point explanation is not a mere repetition of the textbook. Instead, it analyzes them from a practical perspective and highlights key takeaways. Many key points span across multiple chapters or even disciplines. Compared to the specialized lecture-style guidance books currently on the market, this series offers a systematic and comprehensive coverage of key points, balancing both "thorough coverage" and "focused attacks."
[Typical Tests] Based on the key point explanation, questions of similar difficulty are designed to help candidates memorize or deepen their understanding of the key points. The series is divided into six volumes, covering Civil Law, Criminal Law, the People's Court Procedure and Arbitration System, Criminal Procedure Law, Business Law · Economic Law · Administrative Law and Administrative Law, and Jurisprudence · Constitution · Legal History · International Law · Judicial System and Legal Ethics.
The authors of this series are all young Ph.D. law scholars who have passed the National Judicial Examination with high scores and are engaged in judicial examination tutoring. They possess extensive professional knowledge, tutoring experience, and insights into the exam. During the writing process, we also referred to the works of scholars and peers and incorporated valuable suggestions from fellow students and examinees. We strive for perfection, and candidates strive for success. We hope this book will be a valuable asset in helping candidates achieve their goals!
