Macroeconomic control is a manifestation of the transformation of government functions and an important means of government managing the national economy. The more developed society becomes, the closer the world is connected, and the more the objective economic life requires comprehensive, aggregate, and overall regulation. After China has gone through the ups and downs of 20 years of reform and opening-up, the accumulation and reflection of practice and theory have made the standardized operation of macro-control an important guarantee for the steady and healthy development of China's economy and society in the new century.
