Cystitis and vaginitis both cause purulent discharge, what should I do

Patient's question:

Detailed medical condition and consultation purpose: 1. Frequent urination, about ten times a day, now with frequent purulent discharge—white in color. 2. Itching in the vagina, with significant and urinary pain during the next menstrual period. Not sure if it's both vaginitis and cystitis or just one of the conditions. Frequent urination is exhausting—just as soon as you finish, it starts again. Going to the bathroom before bed often causes colds, and sometimes you wake up with urine leakage, which is really uncomfortable. Please advise what's going on, explained as simply and clearly as possible.
Auxiliary tests: Urinalysis was normal. Nothing else was detected, which is really strange!!

Doctor's answer:

Hello:
Cystitis can present with symptoms such as urinary frequency, urgency, and dysuria (bladder irritation). Urinalysis generally reveals the pathogenic bacteria.
Vaginitis is often characterized by abnormal vaginal discharge, and secretion tests can confirm the diagnosis.
