What is the reason for leukorrhea being yellow?

Patient's question:

Currently, under normal circumstances: 10 weeks pregnant
Previously, only a few days before menstruation did the leukorrhea slightly turn light yellow
No odor, but now that I'm pregnant, the leukorrhea is light yellow every day (like mucus) with no odor
When I first got pregnant, the leukorrhea had a slight blood streak. I went to the hospital to get a leukorrhea test, and there were no bacteria (the blood streaks in the leukorrhea were accumulated over a period of time, only two or three streaks a day)
Currently, there are no blood streaks, but it's light yellow. What could be the reason?
I have no discomfort in my body, no itching in my lower abdomen, no odor. I haven't had sexual intercourse with my husband either.

Doctor's answer:

Normal leukorrhea is transparent, shiny, and has a small amount of viscosity with no odor. If it stays in the vagina for too long, it may slightly turn yellow. If leukorrhea increases, turns yellow, or has an odor, it is often a clinical manifestation of vaginitis or cervicitis. The vagina has normal flora, and factors such as sexual activity, reduced immunity, and wearing tight clothing frequently can lead to inflammation. It is recommended that you go to the hospital for a check-up to assess the current situation.
