Do I need to have a hysterosalpingogram?

Patient's question:

The day before yesterday, I had a color Doppler ultrasound examination: the size of both adnexa was normal, and no abnormal findings were observed. In July of this year, I had a hydrotubation examination, and the fallopian tubes were found to be patent and in good condition. However, last month, on the 7th day of my period, I experienced some lower right abdominal pain a few times, but each episode only lasted a few minutes. What could be the issue? Is it necessary for me to have a fallopian tube?
Additional question: Could the hydrotubation have caused inflammation or adhesion of the fallopian tubes? Does fallopian tube have any harm to the fallopian tubes?

Doctor's answer:

Hello: According to the situation you mentioned, since your condition has been confirmed to be problem-free through the examination, there is no need to undergo contrast imaging.
