Patient's question:
Patient Gender:Doctor's answer:
Hepatitis B core antibody is divided into two types: HBcIgM and HBcIgG. The former indicates acute hepatitis B infection or an acute flare-up of hepatitis B, while the latter indicates a history of hepatitis B infection. If HBcIgM is positive and liver function is abnormal, it should be considered whether it is an acute exacerbation of chronic hepatitis B or acute hepatitis B. It is recommended to check DNA and liver ultrasound. Currently, at least liver-protective treatment such as Ganlixin and Meine should be performed.
