Is it reliable to only perform manual examination for post-urination abdominal discomfort?

Patient's question:

Doctor:
Hello, I have been experiencing discomfort in my lower abdomen (the concave area above the pubic bone) since mid-October after undergoing a D&C procedure. There's a sensation of fullness and numbness. An ultrasound revealed a 2.3×0.7cm fluid-filled area in the uterus and rectal fossa. After treatment, an ultrasound on November 4 showed that the fluid had disappeared, and both the uterus and adnexa were normal. However, the area still occasionally feels bloated and numb. Later, after some exertion, my lower abdomen and waist have been feeling soft and weak. On December 22, I went to the municipal hospital for an examination. The doctor only performed a gynecological exam because I had had an ultrasound last month and didn't need another.

Doctor's answer:

Hello: Gynecological examinations are like this. Anti-inflammatory suppositories can be used for prevention and treatment. Please rest assured to find out what is causing it.
