Need to do infertility tests?

Patient's question:

I have been married to my husband for more than two years, and now we want to have a child.
I used to be pregnant once, but had an abortion. We haven’t been using contraception much in the past two years.
A few days ago, I had an ultrasound and a six-item hormone test. The results showed low hormone and progesterone levels. The doctor said it’s possible to get pregnant, but suggested waiting and seeing.
Do I need to do any other infertility-related tests? If so, which ones? My periods are not very regular, and I also have inflammation.

Doctor's answer:

There are many reasons for infertility. Women generally need to undergo vaginal examinations, cervical examinations, uterine examinations, fallopian tube examinations, ovarian examinations, pelvic examinations, endocrine examinations, sexual hormone examinations, immune factor examinations, systemic factor examinations, mental and psychological factor examinations, congenital factor examinations, ovulation function examinations, ultrasound (B) examinations, and four routine examinations. It is recommended that you and your spouse undergo joint examinations at Wujiang Tangshan Hospital for more reliable results and early detection of the cause. Wishing you good health!
