Does the transparent barrier terminate pregnancy?

Patient's question:

30-week-old fetus head transparent septum width 0.93 cm, should terminate pregnancy?

Doctor's answer:

The transparent septal cavity, also known as the fifth ventricle, is formed when the primitive septum pellucidum develops a midline fissure at 4 months of gestation, dividing it into separate lobules. The spaces between these lobules are called the septal cavities, which are filled with cerebrospinal fluid and communicate with the lateral ventricles through the foramina of Monro (though some argue that they do not participate in the cerebrospinal fluid circulation [2]). The bilateral walls of the septal cavities are parallel. By 2 months after birth, the bilateral lobules of the septum pellucidum fuse, causing the septal cavity to disappear. However, in 12% to 15% of cases, it may persist until adulthood.
