To think that Huanggang High School merely follows the of college entrance exams and passively engages in test-taking is incorrect. Huanggang High School does not advocate rote memorization or passive problem-solving. If it has any exceptional qualities, it lies in its ability to fully understand the intentions of test-setters, grasp their underlying principles, and become leaders rather than blind followers.
Huanggang High School does not oppose teachers immersing themselves in a sea of problems but strongly advocates that students break free from it. It opposes students doing mechanical, simple, repetitive, and monotonous exercises but requires them to complete necessary ones. We encourage students to tackle flexible, diverse, and widely applicable problems, allowing them to enrich their knowledge, develop skills, and enhance their qualities through the process of problem-solving.
If there is any other success Huanggang High School has achieved, it is that while cultivating and shaping a large number of outstanding students, it has also forged its teaching staff, creating renowned master teachers in Hubei Province. The "Huanggang High School Homework Series" is based on the "Teaching Syllabus" and "Exam Syllabus," highlighting the role of "homework" in the process of students forming learning abilities, problem-solving skills, and exam-taking abilities. It reflects the inevitable connection between Huanggang High School students' brilliant performance in various exams and their rigorous daily practice. This series has been meticulously designed in its format, featuring four major sections—pre-class warm-up, in-class exercises, after-class exercises, and online exams (for middle/high school)—to reinforce training and improve abilities. It is characterized by the following:
1. Appropriate Exercise Placement: The arrangement of exercises focuses on consolidating and progressively enhancing the knowledge points, exam topics, and methods they are associated with.
