Is this normal for an ultrasound?

I am 4 and a few days pregnant. Yesterday, I had an ultrasound at the hospital.

Biparietal diameter: 4.2 cm
Fetal heart rate fluctuation: 149 beats per minute
Spine: Continuous and complete
Cranial bone halo: Complete
Femur: 2.5 cm
Amniotic fluid: 5.1 cm
Placenta: Posterior wall, thickness 2.2 cm, Grade 0
Neck: No cord compression marks.
Is this normal?
First follow-up question: I just want to know if my ultrasound shows that the baby is normal.
