Features: The purpose of writing this book is to provide candidates with a blueprint for studying laws and regulations specifically for the judicial examination. Compared to similar books, one of the greatest features and achievements of this legal regulations compilation is that it is compiled by experienced teachers based on their teaching and examination experience. Within the broad range of legislative documents listed in the National Judicial Examination syllabus, we have deliberately excluded some legislative documents. Our selection principle is: not to seek completeness, but accuracy; not to seek quantity, but quality; not to seek absolute certainty, but to highlight review efficiency; not to increase the burden of review, but to appropriately reduce it. Therefore, unlike other similar books that often include nearly 300 legislative documents, this book only selects over 100 legislative documents. Based on the above understanding, the arrangement of this book achieves the following points: (1) Guided by the essentiality of laws and regulations, it emphasizes the appropriateness of the selected legislative documents, removing the urge to be overly comprehensive or excessively numerous! Only a precise "essential reading" is truly meaningful! (2) Once a legislative document is included, its content remains complete, without being split or "broken down into parts." Only by preserving the original integrity of the content can the "legal regulations compilation" be truly meaningful! (3) The content of the selected legislative documents has been appropriately processed to highlight the author's guidance and instruction for candidates in reading legal provisions. The purpose of compiling this book is not to provide a complete compilation of Chinese laws and regulations, but to offer an accurate blueprint of essential legal regulations for judicial candidates, providing them with a precise, accurate, targeted, and effective legal review tool. The series of treatments given to the laws and regulations in this book are credible, and this credibility stems from the long-term professional accumulation and summarization of first-line teaching experience by the authors of each legal field, as well as the testing of several years of judicial examination questions.
