Three weeks after the flow, there is a little brown blood, which might be due to the damage caused to the endometrium and reproductive system by the miscarriage. Miscarriage definitely causes damage to the reproductive system. If the procedure is not performed properly and there is no proper rest and recovery after the event, the damage will be greater, leading to what is known as postpartum illness.
