What are the TCM recipes for dysmenorrhea?

Patient's question:

Detailed medical history and consultation purpose: I have a history of dysmenorrhea for over a year. At first, it was only the second day when the flow was the heaviest and it was painful, but now it has developed into continuous pain for three days. The condition is quite severe, and I am currently relying on taking some over-the-counter pain relievers.
Please let me know if there are any Chinese herbal formulas for treating dysmenorrhea, as well as any good suggestions.
