Features: Deng Huixiu, female, born in Liuyang City, Hunan Province in 1963, is an associate professor at the School of Political Science and Law, Guangxi University for Nationalities, and a master's supervisor in the field of litigation law. She graduated from the Law Department of Southwest Political and Law College (now Southwest University of Political Science and Law) in July 1984. After graduation, she taught at Hunan Provincial College of Political and Legal Management Cadres and the Law School of Central South University, lecturing on civil law, intellectual property law, economic law, and civil litigation law. In 2004, she was transferred to the School of Political Science and Law, Guangxi University for Nationalities. In recent years, she has served as the chief editor or deputy chief editor for four legal works published by Law Press and Hunan People's Publishing House. She has also published nearly 30 academic papers in journals such as Journal of Law, Intellectual Property, Journal of Central College of Political and Legal Management Cadres, Journal of Political Science and Law, Times Law, and Exploration. Representative works include: Civil Litigation Law (edited by her), Improvement of the Recusal System in Civil Litigation, On the Basic Motivations and Approaches of the Amendment to China's Civil Procedure Law, On the Principle of Equality in Civil Litigation, and Adversarial Partyism: The Ideal Choice for China's Civil Litigation Model.
