Is it pregnancy?

Patient's question:

Expert: Hello! Could you please help me with this? I don't know what's going on recently? I've been vomiting frequently lately! Especially when I wake up in the morning or when I smell something particularly unpleasant, it happens. It's been about two or three months now. I live with my boyfriend, and recently my periods have been less frequent. Could I be pregnant? Please, experts, answer me as soon as possible! Thank you! I look forward to your reply!
First follow-up question: Thank you for your replies! Please be more specific! I do have my period, but it's just less frequent. I've also taken morning urine tests, and they haven't shown pregnancy! I don't really feel like eating, but then I get hungry again after a while! Please answer again! Thank you!
Second follow-up question

Doctor's answer:

Hello, women of childbearing age with a history of menstruation and sexual activity, if their menstrual period is delayed by 10 days or more, should be suspected of pregnancy. Menstrual delay may be the earliest and most important symptom of pregnancy. However, it should be noted that a menstrual delay does not necessarily indicate pregnancy. Morning sickness, which affects about half of women around the 6th week of pregnancy, includes symptoms such as chills, dizziness, fatigue, sleepiness, salivation, loss of appetite, a preference for sour foods or aversion to greasy foods, nausea, and morning vomiting. These symptoms are collectively referred to as morning sickness. Morning sickness usually disappears on its own around the 12th week of pregnancy.
Advice: If there has been no normal sexual activity, pregnancy is not possible. Symptoms of nausea and vomiting may be caused by gastrointestinal discomfort. It is recommended to pay attention to diet, with a preference for light and simple meals, avoiding raw, cold, spicy, and other irritating foods.
