Features: The soft science of China's shipbuilding industry dealing with foreign shipowners is an increasingly serious issue. This soft science primarily involves a combination of contract law (especially British contract law), professional knowledge, and negotiation skills. This topic is truly non-trivial. In this book, I hope to use my very limited experience in this area to throw a stone to stir up the jade, and I pray that China's shipbuilding industry will, in the near future, stand at the forefront of the world in both hard and soft sciences, becoming a lasting legacy. The soft science of China's shipbuilding industry dealing with foreign shipowners is an increasingly serious problem. If this issue is not resolved, it will bring a fatal blow. In this book, I hope to use my very limited experience in this area to throw a stone to stir up the jade, and I pray that China's shipbuilding industry will, in the near future, excel in both hardware and software aspects and stand at the forefront of the world.
