Can candidiasis vaginitis lead to pregnancy?

Patient's question:

I have candidiasis vaginitis. Can I get pregnant? Or must I be cured before getting pregnant? I have been treated before, but it seems to have recurred now. Is it because my husband didn't get treated too?
First question follow-up: Thank you for your answer! But it seems like the question "Is it because my husband didn't get treated too?" hasn't been addressed yet! Please provide an update, thank you!
I have another question. If my husband needs to be tested for infection, what tests should he take? If the test shows he is infected, will it affect pregnancy?

Doctor's answer:

Candidal vulvovaginitis can be treated by rinsing the external genitalia with baking soda water, using nystatin vaginal suppositories, and taking oral itraconazole and ketoconazole. After one course of treatment, the fungal test results should be negative. Subsequent follow-up tests for fungi should also be negative after each menstrual cycle. Continuous consolidation treatment for three more courses is required to be considered cured. During treatment, sexual intercourse should be avoided, and underwear should be changed, washed daily, and boiled for disinfection. It is also recommended that the male partner be treated concurrently, taking nystatin tablets for one week. Shoes and socks should be washed separately from underwear. Otherwise, it is easy to relapse. The reasons for relapse are generally incomplete treatment and reinfection from the sexual partner.
