Does frequent fetal movement in babies have any impact?

Patient's question:

Baby has frequent fetal movements, sometimes the heart rate exceeds 160 when moving, and is below 160 when not moving. Usually, it is between 150-158.
If the fetal movement is around 20 times per hour, will it be hypoxic?

Doctor's answer:

Starting from the 28th week of pregnancy, expectant mothers should count fetal movements, typically 3-5 times per hour. The counting method usually involves timing one hour each day at fixed times in the morning, afternoon, and evening. If more than 3 movements are counted per hour, it indicates the fetus is doing well. Alternatively, you can multiply the sum of the three counts (morning, afternoon, evening) by 4 to get the total fetal movements for 12 hours. If the 12-hour count exceeds 30 movements, it reflects the fetus is doing well. If it is less than 20, it suggests fetal abnormalities. If fetal movements are fewer than 10, it indicates potential fetal hypoxia in the womb.
