Features: Zhang Wang, born in 1961, is a member of the China Artists Association, a senior painter at the Shandong Art Institute, and an associate professor and master's supervisor at the Fine Arts Department of Shandong Normal University. His paintings have been exhibited and awarded in many large-scale domestic and international art exhibitions. "Wheat" won the first prize at the 8th National Fine Arts Exhibition; "Green Wheat" won the bronze award at the first National Chinese Figure Painting Exhibition; "Flowering Season" received the special award at the 1994 International Ink Painting Exhibition; "Golden Age" was selected for the 9th National Fine Arts Exhibition; "Dancing City" was selected for the 10th National Fine Arts Exhibition. His paintings have been included in the "Modern Chinese Art" international touring exhibition organized by the Ministry of Culture and the China Artists Association as outstanding works of contemporary Chinese art. His works are collected by institutions and individuals in China, including the National Art Museum of China, the Great Hall of the People, as well as art institutions and collectors in Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asia.
