What does a Pap smear result of degree 2 mean?

Patient's question:

I have had mild cervical erosion for over a year. Last week, my Pap smear results showed degree 2. Does this mean I have cervical cancer? What treatment should I follow? Which hospital is the best in Shanghai? What should I pay attention to in terms of diet? Are there any other things I should be aware of? Should sexual activity be completely prohibited? Thank you!
First follow-up question: Thank you for your answer. Could you please ask again what degree 2 Pap smear results mean? Or what possible conditions might it indicate?
Second follow-up question: Could you please ask again if a Pap smear can detect atypical cells? The report I received only shows "Pap" without further details.

Doctor's answer:

The leukorrhea cleanliness is divided into four degrees, among which degrees 1 to 2 are normal. Under the condition of normal range, white blood cells do not exceed a certain amount, and there are no trichomonas or molds. Leukorrhea secretion is relatively clean, which is degree 1 cleanliness. Degree 2 requires slightly more white blood cells than degree 1, with a slight presence of some squamous epithelial cells. These cells appear slightly more under the microscope, which is called degree 2. The Papanicolaou test is graded into five levels, and a Papanicolaou 2A grade indicates mild inflammation. According to the test results, there may be mild inflammation, and oral anti-inflammatory medication can be taken.
