Qi deficiency leads to a lack of control over the blood, causing the (Chong Ren) channels to become unstable. Blood heat combined with liver qi stagnation results in blood stasis and restlessness in the blood sea, both of which can cause the menstrual period to arrive prematurely.The diagnosis of this condition is characterized by menstrual cycles occurring more than 7 days earlier and persisting for more than two consecutive cycles. If the cycle is delayed by 10 or more days and accompanied by vaginal bleeding, it should be distinguished from intermenstrual bleeding.
The quantity, color, quality, and duration of Menstruation Premature are generally similar to normal menstruation, while intermenstrual bleeding typically occurs 12–16 days before the expected period, lasting 1–2 hours or 2–3 days, with a generally lighter flow.
### I. Yang Excess and Blood Heat Type
